This event will showcase three talks, with insights on how to lead a more wholesome life, as an expat abroad or back “home”. Through inspiring stories, our guest speakers will share their first-hand experiences, skills, and knowledge, to empower you with tools that can transform your life and your community here or elsewhere.
Janet Wallace has over twenty years of gardening experience. She believes in the potential of community gardens to help strengthen the social/economic fabric of distressed communities and reduce dependency on fossil fuels. She has dedicated the last two years to reviving underused school garden spaces at the American School of Warsaw.
Selma Rogalska, the Global Technical Director for all Specialty Agriculture crops and Forestry for Lallemand, is a Plant Pathologist by training, with a Ph.D. in Microbiology. Passionate about natural solutions for food crop productions, she developed a natural post-harvest disease control product after 11 years of research in order to avoid the use of chemicals on our fresh food.
Kasia Gendis is a lawyer, an International Holistic Health Coach, a Certified Manasa Yoga Teacher and founder of “Boost by Kasia Gendis”, has been educating and inspiring people in several countries through yoga classes, workshops, talks and individual coaching programs.
